To Remove ArticleBot From your Computer

Close the MYySQL Server. To do this, click on the traffic light icon in your tray and then select the "Show me" option. A program called WinMySQLAdmin will pop up. Close this program by clicking on the X in the upper right hand corner.

To remove ArticleBot componenets from you computer go to Add/Remove Programs by clicking : Start Button-Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs.

In the list of installed programs, click on each of the programs to be removed and then click on that programs add/remove button.

Programs to remove:

To remove the entire MySQL database and MySQL system (Intallation Step B), remove the program named MySQL Servers and Clients. Be aware that other programs may also use MySQL on your computer.

To remove ArticleBot (Installation Step C), remove the following programs.

1. ArticleBot
2. Microsoft ODBC .NET Data Provider (Caution! This program may be used by programs other than AricleBot.)
3. MySQL Connector/ODBC (Caution! This program may be used by programs other than AricleBot.)

To Remove the Microsoft .Net Framework (Installation Step A), remove the program named Microsoft .NET Framework. Be aware that this program may be used by other programs on your computer. This is not just an ArticleBot componenet.

Files and Folders to remove:

Delete the entire folder C:\program files\articleBot\.

Delete the entire folder C:\_abot\
